Dom Dochodowy

Dom Dochodowy is one of the most beautiful office buildings in Warsaw created from a combination of three historic tenements, adorning the southern frontage of Plac Trzech Krzyży. This intimate office and commercial building is currently the headquarters of many distinguished institutions and shops of high-end brands, which emphasize their prestige with their location along the Royal Route (Trakt Królewski). In the cellars of the facility, one of the best restaurants in Warsaw has been operating for many years – AleGloria Magda Gessler, which is recommended by the Michelin guide.

The building offers approximately 3,500 m² of modern office space and around 1,600 m² of retail and service space. The building has 38 underground parking spaces, and the entrance to the garage is situated on ul. Mokotowska. The façades have retained elements of the historical decor, and the antique interiors have been reconstructed in accordance with conservation requirements. The building is characterized by unique architecture including a raised mosaic floor, wall paintings, ceiling decorations and stylish windows. Both the antique and new parts are fully functional and easy to arrange.
